About
Cruise Terminals International develops a range of strategic cruise assets including terminals and port infrastructure. But there is more to the story.
Our holistic approach sees each project, not just as an infrastructure venture, but one that also enhances the locations of our projects. Working closely with our cruise line clients, local governments and communities, we are designing differently for next level innovation.
We generate value for all our stakeholders including shareholders, cruise line customers, employees, but also visiting guests and the people in the communities of the destinations we serve.
Across the world, we currently manage terminal projects with an investment value totalling almost $1.3 billion. These include the flagship MCTA Terminal A we operate in Miami and four projects in development: the Ravenna Civitas Cruise Port, the Catalonia Cruise Terminal G in Barcelona, the Rome Fiumicino Waterfront Project and Crown Bay in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. In addition, CTI is actively working on a pipeline of projects representing over $2 billion of capital expenditure.
We are delivering world-class cruise infrastructure solutions to support the growth of the cruise industry, playing a leading role in creating access to new cruise destinations and improving existing ones. Our cruise terminals provide state-of-the-art facilities and smooth embarkation and disembarkation processes.
In summary, we are focused on:
- the destination, working in partnership with cruise lines and local communities to deliver world-class cruise infrastructure in key growth markets with a focus on long term value – social, economic and environmental
- the delivery, with the disciplines to work faster and better across the project lifecycle, turning ideas into successful projects and value enhancing assets
- the partnership, having the values, capabilities and backing to be a trusted partner for all stakeholders
We are holistic, too, in our investment approach, with programme project management across the lifecycle.
Our holistic approach sees each project not just as an infrastructure venture, but one that is also about enhancing the locations of our projects and working closely with local communities.
